At my internship at Enversed, I had the opportunity to work on a project called DrugsLab. This project was made for the police in the Netherlands and is aimed to assist police agents in their training. By providing a VR simulation of a drug lab, they are able to practice in a safe and non-dangerous environment. I was responsible for creating and implementing realistic models and textures of items typically found in a real drug lab. Using Unreal Engine, me and my colleagues developed three different drug lab scenarios. A key requirement for the textures of the assets we created was the ability to adjust the dirt intensity, ensuring a more realistic and customizable training experience.
